Worst about this app is, once I imported a few (20?) videos into it, I noticed that it already started eating up over 150 MBs worth of "database" stuff and some hard to identify binary files. But then again, I am not using tapes for video storage, they are simply not flexible enough. I can see where this app is aiming with the use of video tapes, I mean, REAL tapes, not cataloging files on the HDD. Also, why should I have yet another app listing my meta data like location, persons and events, when I have the spotlight feature? I can use other apps or even (although not so easily) OS X itself in order to tag my video files with this kind of data. The timeline is clumsy in it´s execution and is not easy to handle at all. It imports videos, renders them somehow (saving the still frames I think?) and then I am supposed to find those videos faster or something. I must say, I tried it and I dont like this app.
